Boredom and procrastination pushes me to do these things, enjoy an un-cut livejournal entry.
Love 'em or hate 'em, the new album rips. So much that I might actually buy it on the 29th, my last actual CD purchase (which was actually a gift) was No World for Tomorrow, so mental justification has been settled.
Furthermore! The MastoKlok tour hits us on Oct. 19, which is a Friday so no classes! The last show that we went to iirc was Underoath in '07 so its been a while and I'd love to get out of the house.
I'm still playing MHFU off and on, HR9 blah, blah. AdHoc party is lame but my PS3 ID is undercut, my toon's name is Murm. I don't get on til after 10pm most of the time, but depending on the upcoming work load from school it might be only on the weekends. Which leads too...
As much as I would like to play something other than MH right now, I'm gonna pass on Aion. After quitting WoW (again lol) last july, I just have been enjoying the evenings that I'm not at school way too much to get involved in another MMO right now. Until.....
FFXIV releases that is lol.
So many things in my life have happened since I made this lj account, many I wish I could fix, or even forget about, but overall I'm pretty content right now. I'm a stay at home dad and a student at night, my son is now a little over 14 months old now and I enjoy everyday that I get to spend with him. |

Just trying to get this out of my system before July I guess =o
Other than wow in the evenings I've been playing a few other titles that have been out a while and really been enjoying them. I'm nearly done with twilight princess, but for some odd reason I feel like I've played most of the game on the N64 years ago >.> CoD4 is fucking awesome, I haven't had as much fun with a FPS since the First time I played Counterstrike. And lastly replaying FF12 for completion, and also to negate any thoughts that FF11 "might be fun again" lawl

I lost my interest in WoW again, not enough motivated people playing on my server and didn't want to reroll horde like I should have been in the first place.
So I canceled my account and picked up PSUO, its entertaining for grinds sake, but lacks what I'm looking for I'm sure. |

FFXI "I'm done with it." (lol old shitty zen drama)
Here's my rogue eight levels ago and not one night was wasted in aery watching a botting ls claim a king, nor was it spent watching stupid digital items go to assholes that ruin ls'.
I'm enjoying World of Warcraft quite a bit, and only wish that I gave up on FFXI a lot sooner.
I'm now sitting at 46, and I found a very good end game orientated guild that I am eager to grow with.
Keeping the optimism going, last Sunday, me, my wife, and my little brother went to see Thursday with Rise Against at the Myth. We saw Coheed there last spring and were quite excited to return to such a nice place. Thursday was very good live, but wow, Rise Against was far beyond what I expected. |

More nin updates, mainly to keep myself on track.
Done with:
- Finished AA18 np and chose supp.
- Unger downed last week with many thanks to: Toyer, Allenby, Daria, Saijin, Lilyanne and Liirian.
- AF body finally, I really don't know why I put these things off like I do, but thanks again for all the ports and help Allenby ^^
Not done with:
- I still need a Senj ; -; currently at 58 seals, can easily farm up 2 more. Now just to get ppl for a bc.
- Sell Sairen!! god, such a good katana but such a pain to sell. And I thought I was happy to have got this drop from the BC.
- Buy Fumas after Sairen sells ._.
- get AF hands so I can stop wasting space holding all my AF.
- get 72 and TP burn to 75
Lots of changes lately, who really knows where any of it is going. |

NIN updates, and to do list:
Currently sitting at 67 like 9000 into thanks to soloing colibri outside of Al Zahbi, which I really enjoy doing for parry skill ups and easy seal farming.
I finally picked up an Evasion Torque yesterday because I really wasn't in the mood to try and drag ppl along for the fish bc60 aside from how easy the fight is itself. So maybe I'll just waste more seals on the peacock bc again or just stick with what I know works: bc60 giants. I also can't decide if I want to use my ks for Fumas from Copycat or do another and try for the latent katana which I passed like 2 months ago because I had no intention of lvl'ing nin ><;; I'm leaning towards the katana because Fumas are like 1 mil and when my kabutowari +1's sell they will be picked up so w/e.
Ok, to do list:
1. My god finish AF. I was bored early saturday morning after a crappy pt and strolled into Ifrit's to solo a coffer key. Being a lot easier than I thought, and maybe just a lot of luck, I got a key in like 10 minutes and saw a coffer right next to it so I just popped it to have the map to make things easier for my next trip.
2. Unger Boomerang, Djwill has soloed this and if I knew he was I would have zoned in to lot it, but this was also really before I was motivated enough to lv nin. This could also be done with a relatively small group that might be willing to come with.
3. I don't even want to mention this one but I want to camp Fudo's. After hearing the drop rate sucks (just like everything in this game) I might just buy them since they aren't that expensive. Plus its not like I can solo this anyway :x
4. AA18 earring! Liirian informed me last night that he is doing an AA18 run tonight! Finally I can go along, and maybe finish RoZ soon.
I have been for the most part really enjoying nin, I just wish I would have taken pics of 37->67 which has flown by (; -;) |
